By downloading, installing, or using the Joblerio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

Joblerio is a job search application that allows users to:
- Search and browse job listings from third-party job feed providers
- Save favorite job listings for later review
- View job details and navigate to employer application pages
- Create a profile with basic information
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using your email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Information
Your account information (name, email) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers or databases with your personal information. If you uninstall the App, all local data is deleted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of EVMC Studios and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Job Listings
6.1 Third-Party Content
Job listings displayed in the App are sourced from third-party job feed providers. We do not create, control, or verify these listings. The accuracy, completeness, and availability of job listings are the responsibility of the respective employers and job feed providers.
6.2 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that:
- Job listings are current, accurate, or available
- Employers will respond to your applications
- You will receive job offers through the App
6.3 External Links
When you click on a job listing, you may be redirected to an external website or application. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites.
7. User Content
Any content you create or submit through the App (profile information, search preferences) remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of any content, services, or information obtained through the App will meet your expectations
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVMC STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or damage to the device
- Any conduct or content of third parties through the App
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EVMC Studios and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EVMC Studios regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
